A Shopify theme is a digital product. We do not send a physical package; access is provided electronically after successful payment.

A Shopify theme is digital content. We do not provide physical packages, data carriers, or postal items.
The product price relates to the theme file, documentation, and the right of use specified on the product page. Webshop operation, custom setup, and further development are only included in the purchase if explicitly stated on the product page.

After a successful payment, the Shopify Digital Downloads system provides download access. The download option may appear on the order confirmation page, and the customer may also receive the access link via email.
Creating a customer account is not required for purchase. However, a valid email address must be provided during checkout for delivery.

If the payment is successful but the download link does not appear or arrive, first check your spam folder and the email address provided in the order.
Then, send your order ID and the email address used for the purchase. We will verify access to the valid order and resend it if necessary.

For immediately available digital content, performance can begin after purchase with the explicit consent of the buyer.
If the buyer explicitly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that they may lose their right of withdrawal by commencing performance, the digital content can then be delivered.
This consent and acknowledgement must be clearly recorded on the checkout interface. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights.

After digital access has been granted or the download has started, purchases generally cannot be refunded purely for a change of mind if consent and acknowledgement for immediate performance were properly obtained.
Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, especially if the product was not delivered, the file is demonstrably faulty, the product significantly differs from the description, or if a refund is mandated by law.

If the downloaded package cannot be opened, is incomplete, or displays a verifiable error during installation, please send the theme name, version, error message, and a screenshot.
As a first step, we will provide a working file, a corrected version, or installation assistance. If the error cannot be rectified within a reasonable time, we will offer a further solution in accordance with mandatory rights and the circumstances of the case.

If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, or if there was an obvious data entry error in the order, please contact us immediately.
We will review each request individually based on download and access data, order status, and mandatory consumer rights.

Unauthorized sharing, public distribution, resale, or continued use of the theme after a refund may constitute a license violation.
In the event of verified misuse, download access may be restricted, the license may be terminated, and copyright claims may be enforced. This does not affect the buyer's right to legitimate complaint and mandatory legal remedies.

For quick assistance, please provide the order ID, date of purchase, product name, email address used for the purchase, and the exact reason for your request.
In case of a technical error, please attach the error message and a screenshot. Do not send passwords, credit card details, or full Shopify access.
