General terms and conditions.

The store may offer digital Shopify themes, documentation, installation assistance, Shopify Management and custom development. The product page or individual proposal defines the exact scope, price, compatibility, licence and delivery terms.

Product images and demos are illustrative. Customer content, applications and settings may affect appearance and operation.

The customer makes an offer by selecting a product, adding it to the cart, reviewing the cart, entering checkout details, selecting a payment method and submitting an order involving a payment obligation. Before submission, the cart contents, quantity and entered data can be reviewed and corrected.

The contract language is the Hungarian or English language selected at purchase. Order data and confirmation are retained electronically, but the contract is treated as a separately filed instrument only if the provider expressly states so. Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically no later than the statutory deadline.

Submitting the order is an offer involving a payment obligation. An automatic technical acknowledgement only confirms receipt of the offer. The contract is formed when the provider accepts the order, confirms payment or grants digital access.

The customer must provide accurate, complete and deliverable details. In the event of an obvious pricing error, unauthorized payment, suspected abuse or a technical error that prevents performance, the order may be rejected within the limits of applicable law and any amount paid must be refunded.

The product page and checkout state the currency, tax treatment, any discount and the final amount payable. No hidden charge may be imposed. For cross border purchases, applicable tax and the final amount may vary according to the customer's location and status.

Supported payment methods are shown by Shopify Checkout. An invoice may be issued and delivered electronically. To be completed before launch: invoice issuer, invoicing provider, invoicing currencies, VAT status and invoice delivery method.

Following successful payment and the required consumer declarations, access to the digital theme package may be provided by download link or another electronic method. No physical product or postal delivery is supplied. Unless stated otherwise, access is provided without undue delay and in the latest version available when the contract is concluded.

The customer is responsible for a working email address, protection of access credentials, safe storage of the file and checking published compatibility requirements. Failed delivery may be reported using the order reference. Download limits, redownload availability and the access period must be stated on the product page.

A consumer may generally have a fourteen day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is lost only where performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent, the consumer simultaneously acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal, and confirmation is supplied on a durable medium.

Text on this page does not replace a separate declaration recorded at checkout. Consent must not be preselected or hidden in another term. If any condition for loss of the right is missing, mandatory consumer rights remain. Services and custom development are subject to separate withdrawal or termination rules according to the stage of performance.

Use of a theme is governed by the separate licence terms. Purchase does not transfer copyright and does not permit resale or unauthorized sharing of source files.

Shopify, payment providers and other applications are independent providers. Liability for their outages or changes is limited only within mandatory legal rules. Effects of custom code or unsupported integrations do not automatically constitute a theme defect.

Digital content must match the product description and the stated functionality, compatibility, interoperability, quality and version available when the contract is concluded. The provider notifies the customer of and supplies updates, including security updates, necessary to maintain conformity.

For a verified defect, the consumer may request remedies in the mandatory legal order, including bringing the content into conformity, correction, restoration of access, price reduction or termination. The consumer must provide reasonable cooperation necessary to investigate the defect, but exercising rights must not be made disproportionately difficult.

The customer receives a non exclusive and non transferable right of use under the separate Theme Licence Terms. Copyright and ownership of the theme do not transfer. Unauthorized transfer, public sharing, relabelling, resale or use of one licence for multiple independent stores is prohibited.

Where the licence is breached, access may be restricted or terminated without prejudice to mandatory rights, and contractual and copyright remedies may be enforced. Rights in customer content lawfully uploaded by the customer remain with the relevant rights holder.

The customer is responsible for having the right to use all text, images, fonts, trade marks, product data and other content uploaded, and for ensuring that the store complies with applicable tax, consumer, privacy and sector specific rules.

The customer must make backups before material modifications, protect access credentials and refrain from use that compromises theme security, operation or third party rights.

Shopify, payment providers, applications, integrations and external API providers are independent systems. A problem caused by customer code, an unsupported application, incorrect configuration or a change to an external service does not automatically constitute a theme defect.

This does not exclude mandatory provider liability. The cause must be established through a documented technical investigation. Custom development, installation, migration, content upload and store management are included only where expressly stated in the offer or product page.

The provider does not limit liability for intentional harm, damage to life, physical integrity or health, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory warranty and damages rights take priority for consumers.

For business customers and within mandatory law, indirect loss, lost profit, data loss and business interruption may be excluded where the event was not caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Performance may be suspended during an unavoidable external event, with reasonable notice to the other party.

Complaint handling is described on the Complaints page. Written complaints are answered substantively and verifiably within thirty days. A consumer may apply to the competent conciliation body, consumer authority or court.
